17,000 square feet of actual iron
A Loveland gym run by the family that owns it. Free weights, cardio and strength equipment, a steam room and dry sauna, and coaches who learn your name. Come lift for a week and see.
Everything you need. Nothing you don't.
Free weights
Dumbbells, benches, racks and plates — enough of each that you can work through a program without hunting.
Cardio & strength
Treadmills, bikes and machines across the floor, plus plate-loaded and selectorized stations.
Steam room & dry sauna
Both, on site, included. Good after a heavy day and better in a Colorado winter.
Personal training
In-house trainers you book directly. Start with a plan or just a form check.

The first session is a conversation: what you want, what hurts, what you've already tried. Then we build something you can keep doing. First squat or fifth meet, same attention.

Questions we get
at the desk
How much is a membership?
Rates aren't published — we quote them at the desk so you get the membership that fits how you actually train. Call or stop in and it takes two minutes.
Can I get in at any hour?
Yes, with the 24/7 keyfob add-on: $60 a year on top of any membership. Otherwise you're welcome during staffed hours.
Is the sauna included?
The steam room and dry sauna are part of every membership. No separate fee, no reservation.
I've never lifted before. Is this the right gym?
It's a serious gym that's friendly about it. Ask at the desk for a walkthrough, or book a session with a trainer to learn the lifts properly.
Do you have a free trial?
Your first week is free. Leave your name in the form above and we'll have a pass waiting.
