Trainer name — TK
Strength & powerlifting
Beginners get taught the lifts properly. Experienced lifters get a second set of eyes and a plan with an end date. Sessions are booked directly with the trainer at the desk.
The first session is a conversation: what you want, what hurts, what you've already tried. Then we build something you can keep doing. First squat or fifth meet, same attention.
