How much is a membership?
Rates aren't published — we quote them at the desk so you get the membership that fits how you actually train. Call or stop in and it takes two minutes.
Can I get in at any hour?
Yes, with the 24/7 keyfob add-on: $60 a year on top of any membership. Otherwise you're welcome during staffed hours.
Is the sauna included?
The steam room and dry sauna are part of every membership. No separate fee, no reservation.
I've never lifted before. Is this the right gym?
It's a serious gym that's friendly about it. Ask at the desk for a walkthrough, or book a session with a trainer to learn the lifts properly.
Do you have a free trial?
